About the Role
Reporting to the Care Operations Manager, you will ensure compliance with aged care standards, funding models, and Anglicare’s Christian mission, while fostering a collaborative ‘one team’ culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership – Mentor and empower your team to deliver excellence in aged care.
- Operational Management – Oversee service delivery, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external health partners.
- Safety & Risk – Champion a culture of safety and effective incident management.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Registered Allied Health Professional (Physiotherapy, OT, Speech Therapy, Psychology)
- 5+ years of aged care experience or community settings
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and clinical decision-making skills
- AHPRA registration
- Valid driver’s licence

Job Requirements
