About the Role

Reporting to the Care Operations Manager, you will ensure compliance with aged care standards, funding models, and Anglicare’s Christian mission, while fostering a collaborative ‘one team’ culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership – Mentor and empower your team to deliver excellence in aged care.
  • Operational Management – Oversee service delivery, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external health partners.
  • Safety & Risk – Champion a culture of safety and effective incident management.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Allied Health Professional (Physiotherapy, OT, Speech Therapy, Psychology)
  • 5+ years of aged care experience or community settings
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and clinical decision-making skills
  • AHPRA registration
  • Valid driver’s licence

Job Requirements

AHPRA-registered allied health professional with 5+ years’ experience in aged care. Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams, strong clinical decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
