Australia Lead

JustSow’s Australia Lead will spearhead growth across the nation, which looks like:

- bringing in new Sowers (donors) who will contribute generously to this mission,

- creating genuine connection with existing Sowers / potential Sowers,

- discovering Creative Evangelists poised with innovative ideas,

- seeking God for strategy then articulating and operationalising into plans,

- contributing to our international team with intentional sharing & learning,

- using an administration gifting to create efficient systems,

- communicating JustSow’s journey via social media and forums,

- supporting Creative Evangelists with coaching/training,

- utilising knowledge and experience from the church/charity sector,

- upholding our company values: fun, generosity, excellence and integrity,

ultimately leading JustSow Australia, to help us fan the flame of evangelism.
