The Role

The Secondary Support Teacher plays a vital role in enhancing student outcomes by working closely with classroom teachers to provide targeted intervention, conduct diagnostic assessments, and support individualised education plans. Utilising the resource 'transformation by design', this dynamic position fosters collaboration, offers instructional support, and ensures every student’s academic, social, and emotional needs are met with care and expertise.
