Tyndale is a preschool to Year 12 co-educational school located in Blacktown, Sydney. About the role

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and committed IT professionals for the full-time ICT Support Officer role reporting to the Head of Information and Learning Technology in our P-12 School.

This ICT Support role provides a great opportunity for an IT professional to work with our existing, growing support team to deliver exceptional end-user support.

This role commences on 21 July 2025.

Essential Criteria

  • Christian of a Reformed/Evangelical persuasion, who is an active member of a Reformed/Evangelical church
  • Whole-heartedly subscribe to the School’s Educational Creed
  • Work With Children Check (WWCC) Clearance
  • Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role supporting end users
  • Experience or willingness to learn managing AV requirements
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and certification
  • Capacity for systematic analysis
  • Strong IT troubleshooting skills
  • Strong service orientation

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working in an educational setting
