Seeking to appoint a theologically trained minister to join our team from January 2026.....

St Matthew’s, located in the heart of Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches; is a growing evangelical Anglican church with a vision to grow God’s church through the gospel of Jesus Christ. After a long and fruitful season of ministry, one of our much-loved full-time pastoral staff is concluding their time with us at the end of 2025.

We are seeking to appoint a theologically trained minister to join our team from January 2026. The role is flexible and could focus either on Youth Ministry or leadership of our Night Church congregation, along with other responsibilities, depending on the applicant’s experience, gifting, and passion.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is theologically trained and gospel-hearted
• Has strong Bible teaching and communication gifts
• Can lead, train, and develop volunteers
• Has leadership and pastoral experience and abilities appropriate to the role they’re seeking (emerging or seasoned)
• Has a desire to support and grow gospel ministry in a dynamic, team-based church setting
