We have an opportunity for a qualified, passionate, engaging, innovative and dynamic teacher to fill the role of PDHPE/Sports Primary Teacher commencing Term 3, 2025.....

Mount Annan Christian College (MACC) is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Christian College in the Macarthur region. We have an opportunity for a qualified, passionate, engaging, innovative and dynamic teacher to fill the role of PDHPE/Sports Primary Teacher commencing Term 3, 2025.

This is a permanent, full time position working across Kindergarten to Year 6 in accordance with our RFF program.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be energetic, motivated and contribute to the innovative educational direction that exists within the College
  • Create engaging and dynamic learning experiences
  • Demonstrate a passion for both teaching and pursuing innovative thinking through differentiated and individualised PE lessons
  • Plan and implement programs for both Physical Education and Sport
  • Participate in IPSSO (Independent Primary Schools Sports Organisation) and CSSA (Christian Schools Sports Association) events
  • Together with the Director of Sports & Co-Curricular P-12 and the PE team, support all school sporting carnivals and other Primary years sporting events
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as demonstrate excellent time management skills
  • Participate in pastoral and co-curricular programs, including student wellbeing initiatives, school camps and excursions
  • Have a suitable Primary Education or Secondary PDHPE Degree
  • Have the ability to assent to the College's Statement of Faith

NESA Accreditation and a current Working With Children Check (WWC) number is required.

Applicants must be committed Christians with an active involvement in a local church.
