We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic College Administration Team. As the first point of contact for students, staff, families, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and efficient front office environment while supporting a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the College.
About the Role - Job Share - 5 Day Fortnight | Term Time Only
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and supporting student and parent inquiries. This role also involves day-to-day administrative support, managing sign-in processes, student logistics, and contributing to College events and co-curricular life.
Your ability to communicate effectively, multitask under pressure, and maintain a professional and approachable presence will be essential in this highly visible role.

About You
As someone with previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (school environment preferred) you possess:

A part-time job share position where you will work 8.00 am to 4.00 pm every Thursday and Friday plus every second Wednesday. This is a Term Time Only position.
