We are seeking a Senior Pastor to guide us in living out this mission and in pursuing God’s vision for our church and community. A major ministry is Glasshouse Christian College which has 1100 students from Prep to Year 12.

The Senior Pastor will:

● Have a deep commitment to Jesus and the Christian faith; someone with a strong calling to our church.

● Meet the requirements of 1 Timothy 3.

● Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to our congregation.

● Equip, empower, and support leaders and ministry teams for effective service.

● Collaborate with church leadership to develop and implement God-honouring vision, to foster church growth and engage the community.
