We're currently looking for an experienced & nurturing Store Manager to help lead and equip our Mt Lawley, Perth store!

About the Role–

This is a great opportunity to utilise your retail management experience and passion for Christian resources. This hands-on role will involve;

• Overseeing smooth store operations including Shopfloor and Dock operations
• Staff management and development
• Managing rosters, budgets and P&Ls
• Leading and delivering in exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain engaging and inspiring visual merchandising

About You-

We’re looking for a confident and capable leader to take our Mt Lawley store to the next level. Reporting to our Northern Area Manager, you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience in a retail setting
• A passion for developing and supporting a team (10+ staff)
• Strong operational and admin skills, including rostering and budgeting
• A customer-first mindset with a heart for service
• The ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Solid financial management skills, including monitoring budgets and controlling costs

Key Selection Criteria –

• 18+ months in a retail leadership role (Store or Department Manager)
• Proven ability to lead, coach, communicate and inspire a team
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• A heart for customer service and community engagement
• Alignment with Koorong’s Christian mission and values
