Wellington Christian School is a modern, growing and strongly resourced school in a beautiful setting in regional NSW. It is a co-educational, non-denominational Kindergarten to Year 6 school with over 70 enrolments and a mission “to be led by Christ, to provide a thorough and responsive education towards authentically developing people of faith, character and transformation.

The successful applicants will:

  • Have passion for and commitment to student learning and wellbeing
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a team and maintain a positive and professional approach to students, co-workers and other members of the School community
  • Display proficiency and competence in the use of technology to enhance educational outcomes and maintain accurate student observations and record keeping
  • Have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate capacity and willingness to be familiar with, understand and comply with School policies and procedures
  • Be organised, self-motivated, adaptable and able to work as part of a dynamic team

Renumeration for this position will be in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2020-2023.

The commencement of this role will be 21 July 2025.
