Gateway Ormeau is looking for a Worship & Creative Coordinator to lead the planning, production and delivery of Sunday services and key events, helping people encounter Jesus and feel part of a growing community.

This part-time role (2.5 days/week, including Sundays) is perfect for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills, a love for worship and creativity, and a desire to invest in teams and culture. You’ll work closely with our campus and central teams to bring each service to life—planning creative elements, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring services run smoothly and reflect Gateway’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and develop creative and worship volunteers across Sunday services and key events
• Prepare and communicate weekly service elements and runsheets
• Collaborate with pastors and leaders to shape engaging, Spirit-led services
• Support the delivery of key campus events such as Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas
• Contribute to creative planning, concept development and worship culture at Gateway
• Uphold strong administrative, pastoral and communication practices

About you:
You’re a natural team builder and communicator, with the ability to lead others while staying organised and flexible. You have mid-level experience in worship or production environments, a growing relationship with Jesus, and a desire to use your gifts to serve the church. You love being part of a team and are ready to help build a strong and creative worship culture at Gateway Ormeau.
