Tranby College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle Primary Classroom Teacher to join our Junior School for Semester Two 2025. This fixed-term position will commence on Monday, 28 July and conclude on Tuesday, 9 December 2025.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and values-driven environment where you can make meaningful contributions to the growth and development of our students.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering our core academic program with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy, while also fostering social-emotional learning and inquiry. Working closely with colleagues in the year-level cohort, you will collaborate on planning, assessment, and student support.

You will report to the Dean of Years (Year 3 to Year 6) and the Head of Junior School and be part of a community that values respect, integrity, service, commitment, and collaboration.

About You

You are an enthusiastic and flexible educator with a strong understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and a commitment to child-centred pedagogy. Your ability to build relationships, create engaging learning experiences, and work effectively as part of a team will set you apart.

You will also demonstrate:

  • TRBWA registration and Working with Children Check

  • A solid understanding of evidence-based teaching strategies in literacy and numeracy

  • Confidence in integrating technology, particularly using Microsoft Surface devices

  • A commitment to the wellbeing and personal excellence of every student
