About the Role: Maroondah campus (Part-time, 2 days per week)
As Crossway Kids Pastor, you will lead and inspire weekend programs and initiatives that help children connect with God, each other, and the church community. You will empower and partner with parents, recognising their vital role as the primary disciple-makers of their children. Your leadership will cultivate a thriving environment where children are nurtured to grow as disciples of Jesus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, recruit, and develop volunteer teams to support children’s ministry programs

• Partner with parents to equip and encourage them in raising their children in the faith

• Build strong relationships with families within our church community

• Develop emerging leaders within the ministry for lasting impact

• Oversee the planning and delivery of engaging weekend children’s programs

Key Qualities:

• A genuine passion for children’s spiritual growth and discipleship

• Skilled at developing and encouraging others

• Organised, self-motivated, and proactive

• Strong relational and communication skills

• Committed follower of Jesus with a heart for ministry
