About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team for 2026.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to plan and adapt activities to meet their individual needs
• Building strong relationships with children and their families, and actively involving parents in the learning process
• Collaborating with the team to ensure a cohesive, inclusive, and high-quality early childhood education experience
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

What we're looking for

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) degree.

As the successful candidate, you will be a practicing Christian with a living and active faith, and you will embrace and share the Christian values and ethos, supporting the spiritual and community-focused mission of the school.
