Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead kitchen operations during shifts
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to grow their skills
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate on creative and nutritious menu planning
