The Opportunity
We are seeking applications from qualified teachers to undertake a Leadership position as Leader of House within Secondary (Years 7-12). This position commences Term 1 2026. Underpinned by a permanent teaching position, this leadership Position of Responsibility (POR) is for a for a 4-year period.
A vital role as part of the wellbeing team, the Leader of House reports to the Head of Wellbeing (Years 7-12) and connects students, staff and families in the development of students, overseeing academic, wellbeing and spiritual needs of individual students through wellbeing initiatives.
About You
You have a passion to grow student wellbeing opportunities. You will need:
Current Teacher Registration in South Australia
Actively support and contribute to the college as a Catholic College in the Edmund Rice Tradition
Have a passion and dedication to support diversity, including diverse learning, culture and faith backgrounds
Create a learning environment that is engaging and inclusive of all students particularly those for whom English is an additional language and those with additional needs
Communicate effectively to build positive partnerships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader community.
Be an energetic, positive, dynamic educator who is committed to engaging in professional dialogue and working collaboratively within a flexible learning environment.
