OSHC Manager | Brand New Service | Permanent Role
anzuk Education is proud to be partnering with a small, community-focused Christian school launching their very own Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service!
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced OSHC professional to take on a leadership role and
set up a brand-new 22-place service from the ground up.
The Role: We are seeking a confident and passionate
OSHC Manager / Director with at least 12 months of leadership experience in OSHC. You will play a key role in establishing and running the service, including staffing, programming, compliance and policy development.
Key Details: - Permanent position – 5 days per week
- After School Care only (2:30pm–6:30pm) to start, with potential to add Before School Care
- Vacation Care (8am–4pm) during school holidays
- Lead a 22-place, single-room service
- Start date: August 4th, following a government visit on July 25th

About You: - Minimum Diploma in School Age Education and Care (or equivalent)
- 12+ months OSHC leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of NQF, compliance, policies and programming
- Christian values aligned or respectful of the school’s faith-based ethos
