An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and dynamic Secondary Teacher to join our dedicated team at Glengarry, our unique residential campus in the picturesque Kangaroo Valley. Glengarry is home to our transformative 6-month residential program for Year 9 boys, combining academic learning with outdoor adventure and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, well-sequenced academic programs in your area of expertise (Mathematics, Science, English or a combination).

  • Integrate experiential education and outdoor learning into your teaching practice.

  • Participate fully in the residential and co-curricular life of the Glengarry campus.

  • Provide pastoral care and build strong, supportive relationships with students.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including educators, residential staff, and outdoor education leaders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified educator with NESA registration (or eligibility).

  • Teaching expertise in Maths, Science, English or a combination.

  • Ability to engage and motivate teenage boys in both classroom and residential environments.

  • Alignment with the College’s Christian ethos and commitment to the holistic development of young men.

  • High levels of adaptability, resilience and a sense of adventure.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
