Are you passionate about shaping the future of Christian education? Christian Education National (CEN) serves around 70 member Christian schools across Australia with resources and support. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary State Executive Officer for Tasmania (FTE 0.4 – flexibility applied over the year as required). This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to inspire our community, fostering educational excellence grounded in a biblical worldview.

As the State Executive Officer, you will collaborate with schools, educators, and boards to drive strategic initiatives and promote professional development to enhance educational outcomes.

The successful applicant will be based in Tasmania (exact location is negotiable).

We invite applications from individuals committed to CEN’s biblical basis and vision, and possess demonstrable management, leadership and communication skills, and a heart for Christian education. An educational background or significant experience and understanding of the Christian and independent schools sector would be an advantage.

The Tasmanian State Executive Officer works under the direction of and is reportable to the Chief Executive Officer of Christian Education National.
