About the Role

This vital ministry role focuses on primary and secondary school students within our Chinese congregations. You’ll lead vibrant, gospel-centred Sunday ministries, build strong relationships with young families, and help children and youth connect deeply with Christ and His Church.

As the coordinator, you will:

  • Foster strong collaboration between our Chinese and English-speaking congregations
  • Create culturally sensitive and inclusive programmes for migrant and local families
  • Build pathways for youth to transition into the wider English-speaking church community

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is a committed follower of Jesus, called to serve children, youth, and families
  • Has experience in children’s and youth ministry, including team leadership
  • Brings or is pursuing theological training, ideally with a cross-cultural or intergenerational focus
  • Communicates clearly in English, with Cantonese or Mandarin being a strong advantage
  • Thrives in a multicultural church environment and adapts well to change
  • Loves seeing stories of transformation and faith come alive in young people

Your Week at a Glance

  • 0.5 day on Sundays for ministry and service
  • 1.5 days flexible (by arrangement) for planning, team development, and pastoral care

What We Offer

  • A warm, supportive team environment
  • A church community passionate about disciple-making
  • Opportunities to shape and grow ministry within a vibrant, multicultural church
  • Ongoing support and mentoring from our Next Generation Pastor
