As a full-service agency, we provide website design, development and management, PPC campaigns, SEO, content creation, email and SMS marketing, social media, CRM and reputation management.

What you will be doing

Building strong relationships to retain current client’s and onboard new clients

Overseeing workflow for our copywriters, designers, web developers, social media, CRM and account managers

Primary contact for web projects and campaign management

Manage workflows of a diverse range of website and marketing projects for a diverse range of clients

Attend client meetings (mostly via Zoom) and ensure tasks are scheduled and completed within the quoted timeframes.

Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep things on track

Manage team workloads.

Provide feedback for the continual improvement of systems and processes.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

4yrs+ experience in digital marketing, web development or project coordination

Hands on experience with SEO, ad management, copywriting, or web development

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to nurture staff and client relationships.

Project coordination experience with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and people.

Customer-focused and results-driven

High attention to detail

Good understanding of web development processes

Previous agency or similar multi-client experience is preferred.

Commitment to ongoing improvement and learning

High speed internet connection

WFH space where you can work and have Zoom calls uninterrupted.
