About the Role: – Maroondah campus (Part-time, 2 days a week)

This role involves providing leadership to Crossway Maroondah’s Youth and Young Adult Ministry by establishing programs and initiatives that help young people connect into authentic community, discover Jesus, and grow in their faith. You’ll also contribute to broader leadership across the campus as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams of volunteers

• Build relationships with young people and their families

• Develop emerging leaders within youth and young adult ministry

• Support campus-wide ministry and leadership initiatives as required

Key Qualities:

• Passionate about discipling youth and young adults

• Gifted in developing and encouraging others

• Organised, self-motivated, and proactive

• A committed follower of Jesus with a heart for the local church
