About the program and role
We are looking for experienced, committed youth workers, who are responsible for developing, assisting and supporting young people in a strength based, therapeutic model of care to provide growth and safety until they become adults. The program has a strong focus on facilitating and supporting the young people, their families and key stakeholders, to recover from trauma with a multi-disciplinary team-based approach through individualised, person-centred care.
