Who We Are

Alma Wellbeing is a private psychology practice with an office located in Narre Warren, Victoria. We are a small team of practioners with a Christian worldview.The majority of our work is with clients who are referred by general practitioners (GPs), TAC and WorkSafe referrals, and NDIS participants.

Who We Are Seeking

We are seeking mental health professionals (e.g., psychologist, counsellor, social worker) with a Christian worldview who are able to work in a trauma-informed way. The role will suit someone who wants to gradually build their client base. New graduates and people returning to the workforce are welcome to apply. Appointments may be in room (access to room in Narre Warren provided), online, and/or home visits.

Essential Criteria

• Registration with relevant body (e.g., AHPRA, APS, AAPi, ACA, AASW).
• You will have your own Australian Business Number (ABN).
• Current professional insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail in report writing.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Willingness to receive professional feedback for growth and development.
• Ability to work with clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current National Police Check.

Preferable Criteria

• Previous experience using Halaxy.
• Previous experience working with TAC and/or WorkSafe referrals.
